Chef Mario Pagan does it again! We ate at Chayote last night, and it was superb! From the hostess to the waiter Chef Pagan has an amazing staff that upscales the dining experience. You can tell the menu was carefully thought out to encompass our traditions for a culinary savoir-faire. Chayote is fine dining to another level!

A culinary paradise, every dish at this establishment is a masterpiece. I especially recommend the Shrimp Croquettes, Yuca Fries, Octopus, and Sea Bass. The service was excellent and friendly, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere perfect for a memorable night. 10/10 would recommend!!

This place is a must for food and wine aficionados! My Puerto Rican husband and I have been waiting for a authentic restaurant in the Winter Park area and we're impressed from the appetizers on. We had a few classic dishes to share and the wine list was bar none the best we have seen in a while.

Unfortunately I didn’t get pics of all the food we ate because it was gone before we could even pull out our phones. Can’t wait to go back for some more!

The atmosphere, music, service and food and drinks were amazing! My boyfriend and I went there for his birthday and we loved it, we will definitely be going back! We had the yucca fries, arroz con pollo, and lechón. Everything was delicious and had amazing flavor! Thank you for this experience.

I don’t think I’ve had a more perfect dining experience in Orlando area. Every detail has been meticulously refined. This location has only been open for a week, to be that on-point so close to opening a super high level dining establishment is beyond impressive.
