A culinary paradise, every dish at this establishment is a masterpiece. I especially recommend the Shrimp Croquettes, Yuca Fries, Octopus, and Sea Bass. The service was excellent and friendly, contributing to the welcoming atmosphere perfect for a memorable night. 10/10 would recommend!!

Chef Mario Pagan does it again! We ate at Chayote last night, and it was superb! From the hostess to the waiter Chef Pagan has an amazing staff that upscales the dining experience. You can tell the menu was carefully thought out to encompass our traditions for a culinary savoir-faire. Chayote is fine dining to another level!
